1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, contacting us, or enrolling in our offline ACCA classes in Pune, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
 

2. Services & Information

This website provides ACCA information, institute details, program listings, and online booking for consultancy and admissions. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all content is error‑free. Course schedules, fees, and availability may change.
 

3. Eligibility

You confirm you are legally capable of entering a contract and meet ACCA’s eligibility and academic requirements where applicable. Admissions are subject to our review and seat availability.
 

4. Fees, Payment & Invoices

  • Tuition Fees: ₹25,000 per paper (Knowledge/Skill); ₹35,000 per paper (Professional).
    Fees apply to one subject tuition only and must be paid in advance.

  • Payments are made via our payment partner(s) or bank transfer as instructed. We do not store full card/bank details on our servers.

  • Government taxes and payment gateway charges (if any) may apply.

  • Receipts/invoices are issued electronically.
     

5. Refund & Return Policy

Our refund rules (summary):

  • 7‑day window from class start: 90% refund if the student cannot comprehend concepts or if we determine the student is not fit for ACCA.

  • After 7 days: No refunds for any reason.

  • Tuition is valid for one exam attempt only. Non‑attendance, failure to appear within 1 year, or failing the exam is treated as completion of the subject; fees cannot be carried forward or refunded.

  • Repeating any subject requires full fees again.

6. Bookings & Scheduling

  • Consultancy and appointments may be booked via Microsoft Bookings or our integrated website form.

  • You are responsible for providing correct information and attending at your scheduled time.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability; missed appointments may be forfeited.
     

7. Student Conduct

We maintain a professional learning environment. Misconduct or rude behaviour towards teachers, staff, or students may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination without refund.
 

8. Attendance, Materials & Make‑Up

  • If a student misses classes, covered material will not be repeated individually.

  • Study materials provided are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without permission.
     

9. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, graphics, videos, PDFs, branding) is owned or licensed by the institute and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.
 

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Engage in unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity

  • Attempt to breach site security or disrupt services

  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
    We may suspend access for violations.
     

11. Privacy & Data

We collect and process personal data per our Privacy Policy (e.g., contact details, booking info, admissions). We do not sell personal information. Cookies/analytics may be used to improve the site.
 

12. Accessibility

We aim for WCAG 2.2 AA web accessibility and support assistive technologies. Note: the current office premises do not provide wheelchair access or disabled parking. Other assistance is available on request—please contact us in advance.
 

13. Third‑Party Services

The site may integrate third‑party tools (e.g., Microsoft Bookings, payment gateways, maps). We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or policies. Your use of such services is subject to their terms.
 

14. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or guaranteed exam results. Advice provided in consultancy is educational and does not replace professional/official ACCA guidance.
 

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from site use, bookings, or classes. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
 

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, or costs arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site/services.
 

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes take effect upon posting with the Last updated date. Continued use indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
 

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
